Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must be in a resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made items
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ukmagicstudios.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
